I created it because life knocked me flat, and I eventually realised I had a choice. I could spend the rest of my life explaining what happened to me, or I could get back up and find out what might still happen next.
I am not a life coach, a guru or a man standing on a mountain pretending every morning is magnificent. I am simply still here, still curious and still determined not to waste what remains.

Life is difficult enough without turning every lesson into a solemn speech beside a lake. Sometimes the answer is a road trip. Sometimes it is a proper cup of coffee. Sometimes it is laughing because the plan has gone completely wrong again.
